Paul Ireland serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Iron Capital Asset Management, bringing over 25 years of experience in finance, asset management, and equipment provision. Prior to joining Iron Capital, Paul was the owner and Managing Director of a construction equipment rental and finance business, where he facilitated financing and equipment solutions for large-scale infrastructure projects, particularly in the civil construction and mining sectors.

Paul has also held executive roles at prominent financial institutions, partnering with companies across industries to drive innovative financing solutions. His extensive experience in structured credit, combined with his practical knowledge of the infrastructure and equipment financing sectors, positions him as a leader in delivering value-driven, off-balance-sheet solutions to Iron Capital’s clients.

Paul holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Western Sydney University

Richard Lewis

Group Director

Richard Lewis is the Group Director of Iron Capital and also serves as the Managing Director of Iron Capital Industrial. With over 30 years of experience in the mining, construction, and agricultural machinery supply chain, Richard has worked extensively across both OEMs and dealerships. .

Richard currently serves as a Board Director of Nasdaq-listed Titan Machinery, one of the world’s largest agricultural machinery dealers. In addition, he has held multiple board roles in private and not-for-profit organizations, all within the machinery supply chain sector.

Richard holds a Bachelor of Business in Banking and Finance from Monash University

Managing Director

Oliver Trajcevski brings over 25 years of experience in corporate advisory, structuring, and lending to his role as Managing Director at Iron Capital. Having worked with prestigious institutions such as PwC, GE Capital, Fortress Investment Group, and Moelis, Oliver has been involved in transactions totaling billions, all while maintaining a track record of zero principal losses. At Iron Capital, he applies his deep knowledge of structured credit and financial markets to deliver tailored solutions for clients and investors, ensuring the firm’s continued growth and success in both Australia and the UK.

Ben Hubbard

Strategic Advisor

Ben Hubbard is a seasoned financial professional with over 20 years of experience in structured finance and securitization across Europe and Australia. His impressive career includes roles at Morgan Stanley, and AgFe, where he structured, financed, sold, or purchased more than AU$30 billion worth of structured finance securities and underlying collateral. As Strategic Advisor at Iron Capital, Ben’s deep expertise in financial markets and innovative credit structures provides valuable guidance to the firm’s leadership and clients alike.
